Who am I?

I’m just kidding. I mean, I’m not, but I am.

OK, but for real – I’m an ACE-certified health coach with a passion for empowering people to take control and live their best life.

I’m a self-proclaimed nerd and introvert who spoils my pup, Bella. I like to lift heavy shit, hate running, am proudly sober, love learning, am consistently behind on popular trends, have a love-hate relationship with bras and burpees, prefer texts over phone calls, can’t stand the taste of coffee, and lose my filter around 2(ish) in the afternoon at which point I can no longer be held responsible for some of the shit I say.

Badass Is the New Skinny Podcast

Being a badass is about owning your shit. It’s about honest self-reflection, and finding and using your most authentic voice, even when your opinion isn’t popular.

(But we badasses are respectful. Speaking our truth without being an asshole in the process. Just sayin’.)

Let’s be real: Reconnecting with your inner badass is a journey. It takes daily effort and intention, a great deal of reflection, courage, and normalizing the “abnormal.” Badass Is the New Skinny is where we’ll have conversations about the mindset and attitudes behind sustainable healthy habits around sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement, all contained in a great big bucket of personal growth.
